So my wife and I are watching this movie last night called "Dan in Real Life." And it has Steve Carrelll from "The Office" in it so it has to be funny right?
It was totally lame-o.
About 45 minutes into it, I was like "Forget this, I'm gonna go draw Star wars guys."
And so I did.

To whom I owe the leaping delight
That quickens my senses in our wakingtime
And the rhythm that governs the repose of our sleepingtime,
the breathing in unison...
If you've spawned children with your wife, make sure you know how much you appreciate all that she does for you and your kids today, of how life would never be the same without her and how much you deeply love her.
Don't forgot to call your Mom either: )

It was 10:38 P.M. and I just sat down at my drawing table. I knew the responsible thing would be to go to bed at a decent time because Monday was coming. I was inspired though, and I was inspired after a two week artistic drought. I don't know about other artists, but there are many times where I just lack inspiration and unless I have a clear goal in mind, a starting and ending point, I just won't draw.
I pencilled this page a few months ago as a chapter title page for the graphic novel that I'll hopefully finish someday. Inspiration for this project comes in waves as I'm around other creatives. I hung out with my friends Ben, Jeff, and my other friend Ben on Saturday (which was free Comic Book day) and found myself creatively refreshed.
Anyways, stayed up way too late past my bedtime. The adrenaline of inking a page usually keeps me running the next day in such instances though.
